I look like such a silly billy when I run, Rachel would be so ashamed. But oh well, a run is a run! And like Phoebe says, who cares if people stare, you’ll have crossed them in a few minutes! Never put of exercise because you are scared of what you look like, work out to give yourself the confidence you need!
